Exercise Routines For All Levels

Exercise  Routines  For  All   Levels 

Beginner  Exercises: 

1. Walking  or  light  jogging  for 30  minutes a day

2.Bodyweight  exercise  such  as  push - ups , squats,  and  lungs  for  10 - 15  repetitions  for  2- 3  sets 

3. Yoga  or  stretching  for  flexibility  and  relaxation 

4. Light  Cardio ( such as jumping jacks or cycling  on a stationary bike ) 

Intermediate  Exercises : 

1. Running  or  interval  training  for 3 -4  times a  week 

2. Resistance  band  workouts or weight  lifting  for 2 - 3 times  a week 

3. HIIT ( High - Intensity  Interval  Training)  workouts  for  20 - 30 minutes  for 2 - 3 times a week 

4. Plyometric  Exercises  such as box  jumps  and  jump squats  for  explosive  power. 

Advanced Exercises: 

1. Cross Fit  or  boot  camp  classes  also   helps for  60 minutes,  3 - 4 times  a week 

2. Heavy  weight  lifting  for strength  training  for  2 - 3 times a  week 

3. Advanced  cardio  workouts  such as  spin classes or  swimming  for  45 - 60  minutes,  2 -3 times a week 

4. High - Intensity  cardio  exercises  such as  sprints  or rowing  for  improved  endurance  and  conditioning
